Fresh to Serve

Almost everything on your plate was hand-made from fresh seasonal ingredients right here in our kitchen. Breads and pastas are made fresh daily with Gold Forest Grains flour. Our pickles, condiments, and preserves are canned by hand the way Grandma taught us. Our meat comes from antibiotic-free animals with no added hormones and we do our best to use the whole animal wherever we can.

Because we use the best and freshest ingredients — not the ones that are easiest to get — our menu is always changing. When we run out of something, we’re out until we can get more. So it’s possible we might not have the same dish you loved last time. But we promise you’ll love your next meal just as much, if not more.
